The modular test is taken in two parts - Modular one is an off road exercise, doing the above manoeuvers in a controlled environment.

You will be practicing these manoeuvers on the MMA where you take your test.
Once Module 1 has been completed successfully you can then move on to Module 2 which is an on road practical test.
